1. What it covers

The Data Processing Addendum (DPA) sets out how Argonaut HQ, Inc. ("Helios") processes personal data on your behalf when you use the Helios Service. It forms part of the Terms of Service or a separate written agreement between you and Helios.

It covers the data your agents read and write through connected tools, the files you store in the Library, chat and run transcripts, and account data for your users. The vendors that may process this data are listed on the subprocessors page.

2. How to request the signed DPA

Email [email protected] from your work address with your organization name and the legal entity that should sign. We send a copy for signature and return the countersigned document.
