Team management

Members are managed in the organization settings that Helios shares with WarpBuild. Invite by email, pick a role, and remove people when they leave.

Helios is part of your WarpBuild organization. People are invited and removed in the shared WarpBuild organization settings. Only organization admins can do this.

Inviting people

  1. Open Settings, then Account. The page lists every user and pending invitation.
  2. Choose Invite Users.
  3. Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas, spaces, or new lines.
  4. Pick a role and choose Send Invitations.

Each person receives an email. The invitation stays listed as pending until they accept it. You can remove a pending invitation from the same list.

If your organization uses SSO or SCIM, people can be provisioned automatically instead. See SSO and SCIM.

Organization roles

Every member has one organization role.

RoleWhat it means
adminManages members, billing, SSO, SCIM, and API keys. Full access to every resource.
memberA normal user.
viewerRead-only at the account layer.

Each member also has a Helios role on the same page, Admin, Editor, or User, that sets their baseline inside Helios. Change either role from the row's menu. See roles and permissions for how the baseline combines with grants on projects and resources.

The last admin in an organization cannot be demoted or removed.

Removing people

Remove a member from the same list. Their grants are removed with them. Workflows they created stay in their projects and keep running under their service account settings. Shared integrations they connected keep working, since the credential belongs to the integration and not to the person.

Beyond membership

Membership gets someone into the organization. What they can reach is decided by projects, sharing, and groups.
